1.	What does Gevo do?
	Gevo is a leading renewable chemicals and advanced biofuels company that is developing bio-based alternatives to petroleum-based products using a combination of biotechnology and classical chemistry.

2.	How is Gevo stock traded?
	Gevo common stock is traded on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol GEVO.

3.	When and where was the Company incorporated?
	Gevo was incorporated in the state of Delaware in June 2005 under the name Methanotech, Inc. and filed an amendment to its certificate of incorporation changing its name to Gevo, Inc. in March 2006.
